Availability

• Cruises depart twice daily from Mariners Cove (Ridong Plaza) at: 8:30am boarding (strict departure at 9:00am sharp) OR 1:00pm boarding (strict departure at 1:30pm sharp)
• Please arrive for check-in 30 minutes prior to tour departure
• Boattime Yacht Charters reserve the right to release your booking if you do not check in 30 minutes before tour departure

Conditions of the Deal

• Season starts from June until November (depending on the whales!)
• Please bring: camera, sunscreen, hat, binoculars, warm clothes, sensible shoes, and seasickness remedy, if needed. No food or drink to be brought onto boat. If you are feeling unwell prior to your cruise, please take appropriate precautions to ensure wellbeing of other passengers and staff. Seek advice from a chemist prior to tour if you are prone to seasickness
• Boat not suitable for wheelchair access. Child ticket is valid for ages 3-13 years only. Kids aged under 3 can travel free of charge; must advise Boattime Yacht Charters at time of booking. Maximum of 28 guests on upper deck at any one time
• In unlikely event that no whales are sighted, free return cruise will be given, not refund. Cancelled cruise can be re-booked on available days; no refunds applicable. Boattime Yacht Charters reserves right to substitute another boat of similar quality if 'Sun Goddess' is unavailable for any reason
• Subject to suitable sea conditions. Call the day before your tour to check on tour status and sea conditions. Tour may be cancelled depending on weather and dangerous swells
• Maximum of 20 vouchers redeemable per booking. Vouchers for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer. Entire voucher must be used in one visit. Full terms and conditions are located on the terms and conditions page of our website

• Book early to secure your desired date and time
• Present printed or smartphone voucher on arrival or full rate will be charged

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made or voucher void
