Availability

• Available hours: Friday - Monday at sunrise. Other days may be available upon request
• Meeting times are generally 60 to 90 minutes before sunrise, for which the exact time will vary throughout the year. Your pilot will advise the exact meeting time and check-in details for your flight by text on the evening before your flight. This will be between 6.30pm and 7:00pm. • Entire tour time includes approximately four to five hours - exact times may vary. If the weather outlook is uncertain your pilot may ask you to do a follow-up call in the early hours to confirm if the flight is to proceed or needs to be cancelled. Please note that due to the changing nature of the weather, it is recommended that people in town for only one day do not purchase the offer as cancellations do sometimes occur and vouchers are non-refundable (but are transferable)

Conditions of the Deal

Valid only for persons ages 6+; children 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult. You must be able to stand for the duration of your flight and enter or exit the basket independently. Weight restrictions apply - Blue Skies Ballooning will contact you prior to your flight to confirm the weight of each person flying on the day. Ladies who are pregnant are not permitted to fly. Please allow at least one hour to travel from Central Melbourne to Yarra Glen, it is important that you arrive on time. It's suggested you bring a change of footwear for the drive home - the paddocks may be wet in the early morning. High heels and thongs are not to be worn for ballooning, and scarves must be securely tucked inside jackets, or not worn on the launch field. Safety and a quality flight are always our first considerations. Breakfast menu subject to change. Dietary requirements catered for with advance notice. How to Redeem

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. A no-show on the day will result in your voucher being voided. Voucher not refundable, but it IS transferrable if you cannot make it
