Passengers must sign a waiver before embarking. Passengers under 18 years old require a signature from an adult or guardian. Not suitable for people of more than 7ft height or 120kg weight. Flight times are approximate and may vary according to wind conditions, air traffic control and passenger comfort. The design, manufacture, and airworthiness of the aircraft are not required to meet any standard recognised by CASA; and CASA does not require the aircraft to be operated to the same degree of safety as an aircraft on a commercial passenger flight.
