Flights Upgrade: Return international flights in economy class from Sydney or Melbourne are included in the upgraded package only. Departures from Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth are available for a surcharge of AU$350 per person, payable directly to the tour operator. Airlines used are at the discretion of the tour operator and can include America Airlines, United Airlines or Delta Airlines. One piece of checked baggage at 23kg and one piece of hand luggage at 7kg are included. Maximum travel time of 40 hours. Optional upgrade to Business Class is available on the return flight only, strictly subject to availability, for a surcharge of AU$5000 per person. Please note Premium Economy upgrades are not available.

The package is valid for ONE PERSON aged three years or older based on twin share. You must purchase TWO PACKAGES or a Single Traveller Surcharge will apply – see below for details. Children must be aged three years or older to join the tour, no discounts available for children.

Single Travellers: Single travellers must pay a surcharge of AU$1,200, payable directly to the tour operator.

Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is mandatory. Please note a comprehensive travel insurance policy must be organised before details can be finalised.

Visa Requirement: Please note a USA ESTA Visa waiver is a strict requirement if travelling on an Australian passport. This is not included in your package and must be organised independently.

Maximum tour group size is 30 people, minimum is two.

Standard bedding configuration is one double bed or twin beds on request.

Maximum Room Capacity: Maximum room capacity is two adults. Triple share may be available but may require guests to share existing bedding.

Accommodation/rooms are based on a lead-in room type, and are subject to availability based on seasonality. Similar will be offered if the above are not available. Properties will be confirmed no later than two weeks prior to travel.

The following optional tour is available for a surcharge, payable directly to the tour operator:

Helicopter ride for canyon flyovers – US$240 per person. Subject to availability and weather conditions.

Gratuities/tips are not included but are highly recommended for the tour guide. US$10 per person, per day is the recommended rate.

Changing your arrival/return dates: Please note one-way flights cannot be accommodated. Travellers must take all included flights within the package, and any flights intentionally forfeited will result in later flights being subject to cancellation. However, you may arrive early or depart later for a surcharge of AU$200 per person, each way, payable directly to the tour operator.

Not Included in Your Package: Visa fees and requirements, meals/beverages not stated in the itinerary (including any specialty restaurants onboard cruise), gratuities/tipping, optional activities/tours, personal expenses and travel insurance.
