Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Scoopon credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Scoopon credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Scoopon. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Valid for travel until 31 December 2023 (bookings must be made before 31 October 2023).

Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies for certain dates and is payable at time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Change of date not applicable when package is purchased with flights.

Christmas Eve Gala Dinner: A compulsory international buffet dinner will take place on 24 December 2019 and will incur a surcharge of US$35 per person.

New Years Eve Gala Dinner: A compulsory international buffet dinner will take place on 31 December 2019 and will incur a surcharge of US$100 per person.

Superior Room / Superior Ocean Facing / Deluxe Ocean Facing - Packages are valid for two adults and one child.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults or two adults and two children.

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of US$80 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and all package inclusions. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: One additional child (aged 11 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of US$40 per night, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation and all package inclusions. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Family Residence - Packages are valid for two adults and two children.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children (aged 11 years and under).

Extra Guest Policy: No additional guests can be accommodated.
