UPDATE 9.09.20 8:20am AEDT Wanaka Lift Ticket: Please note the pass included in the ski upgrade packages is valid for Treble Cone and Cardrona only (not The Remarkables and Coronet Peak, Queenstown). Valid from 9am to 4pm each day. Skimax will be in touch within 1-2 business days to book your desired date. Valid for consecutive, and non-consecutive use. Lift tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note, ski passes are valid for two adults only.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing Your Dates? No Worries… If your booking is with a property located in Australia or New Zealand you can make unlimited changes to the date of your booking, as long as it’s at least 21 days before your original check-in date. If the property is located in any other country you may make unlimited date changes up to 1 day before check-in. This is provided you choose dates that are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Lake View Hotel Room – Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults. Additional guests are not permitted.

Infant Policy: One infant (aged five years and under) may stay free of charge and will not count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Lake View One-Bedroom Apartment – Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults or two adults and two children.

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 13 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of NZ$50 per night, sleeping on a sofa bed with breakfast and accommodation only. Payable directly to the hotel. A rollaway bed can be requested, subject to availability.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 12 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation only. Breakfast can be purchased for NZ$30 per child, per day, payable directly to the hotel.
