Getting to Bali is easy with direct flights available from most major Australian cities with Garuda, Qantas, Jetstar and Virgin Australia and an approximate flight time of five hours.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx two hours and 40 minutes), Hong Kong (approx five hours), Bangkok (approx four hours and 20 minutes) and Dubai (approx nine hours).

A complimentary airport pick-up on arrival is included in your package. Please speak to the hotel directly to arrange return transfers (extra charges apply).

Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Superior, Deluxe & Deluxe Plunge Pool Rooms – Package valid for  two adults

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: Additional guests over the age of 12 are not permitted.

Child Policy: One child (aged 2 - 11 years) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding (one king or two twins), with breakfast available at a surcharge of AU$7 per day. Alternatively, for a surcharge of AU$25 per night, a rollaway bed can be provided, with breakfast included in the cost. Payable directly to the hotel. Surcharges will be paid in IDR on checkout using the exchange rate correct on that dates.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged under two years) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot is available free of charge on request, please enquire at time of booking.

Please note: Rooms can only accommodate one rollaway bed OR one cot. Please consider this if travelling with one older child and one infant.
