Getting to Mount Buller is easy. The hotel is approximately four hours’ drive from Melbourne airport. Regular flights to Melbourne depart from most Australian cities, with carriers including Qantas and Virgin Australia.

Flights for Melbourne depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of seven hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of nine hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 13 hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time nine hours).

Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly. Coach transfers are available from Melbourne Airport to Mt Buller, or you can drive via the Hume Highway or Maroondah Highway.

Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

No Worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. King Room – Packages are valid for two people.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two people. See the ‘Baby Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: Guests aged two years and over cannot be accommodated.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged under one year of age) may stay free of charge and will not count towards the room capacity. You must supply your own cot or bedding.

Family Room – Packages are valid for four people.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is six people. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: Up to two additional guests (aged one year and over) may stay for a surcharge of AU$25 per person, per night, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation only. Payable directly to the hotel.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged under one year of age) may stay free of charge and will not count towards the room capacity. You must supply your own cot or bedding.

Connecting rooms are not available.
