Getting to Dubai is easy. Daily flights are available with Emirates, Qantas and more, departing most Australian capital cities with an approximate flight time of 11 to 14.5 hours direct.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 7.5 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 9.5 hours), Bangkok (approx flight time of 10 hours), London (approx flight time of 7 hours) and New York (approx flight time of 12.5 hours).

The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport and 90 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport.

Cancellation policy

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

All Room Types - Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children OR two adults, one child and one infant OR three adults and one infant.

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of AED251 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with daily breakfast at Club Millésime Lounge and accommodation only. Payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of AED195 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with daily breakfast at Club Millésime Lounge and accommodation only. Payable directly to the hotel.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged one and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.
