The Garcia Ubud is located in central Ubud, approximately a two-hour drive from Bali International Airport. Return airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Scoopon credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Scoopon credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Scoopon. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 14 March 2021 and 3 March 2022, during which airports are closed and check-in at the resort is unavailable.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing Your Dates? No Worries… You can make unlimited changes to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 21 days before your original check-in date for bookings in Australia and New Zealand, and 1 day before check-in for bookings in all other countries. This is provided you choose dates that are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Deluxe Room and Garcia Suite with Pool Access – Packages are valid for  two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one baby/young child.

Extra Guest Policy: Additional guests (aged six years and over) are not permitted.

Young Child/Baby Policy: One young child/baby (aged five years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding. Cots are not available.

One-Bedroom Pool Villa — Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three people and one baby/young child.

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of A$332 for three nights, A$543 for five nights or A$750 for seven nights, sleeping on an extra bed with accommodation and all inclusions. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: One child (aged 11 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of A$137 for three nights, A$228 for five nights or A$320 for seven nights, sleeping on an extra bed with all meal inclusions (kids’ menu only). Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One young child/baby (aged five years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding. Cots are not available.

Connecting rooms are available, strictly subject to availability.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
