There are no housekeeping services during your stay. A light service can be added for a surcharge of AU$40 (one-bedroom suite) or AU$50 (two-bedroom apartment) or a full service for AU$65 (one-bedroom suite) and AU$100 (two-bedroom apartment) per clean.

Early check-in is strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please enquire directly with the property.

Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies on certain dates and is payable at time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Within 7 days of purchase we’ll happily provide a full refund on cancellation of your escape (so long as you don’t have a confirmed booking/stay in the next 14 days).

One-Bedroom Suite - Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one infant.

Extra Guest Policy: No additional guests may stay.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel for a surcharge of AU$20 per night.

Two-Bedroom Apartment - Packages are valid for four people.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is four people and one infant.
