Getting to Ubud is easy. Flights depart from most Australian airports with direct flights via Garuda Indonesia, Qantas, Virgin Australia and Jetstar departing daily from major capital cities to Denpasar (Ngurah Rai) Bali International Airport.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx two hours and 40 minutes), Hong Kong (approx five hours), Bangkok (approx four hours and 20 minutes) and Dubai (approx nine hours).

The resort is located an approximately one-hour drive from Bali International Airport. A one-way airport transfer is included in your package. Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies for certain dates and is payable at time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

Compulsory Gala Dinner: A compulsory gala dinner surcharge applies on 24 December 2019 and 31 December 2019. Prices are as followed and are payable directly to the hotel:

24 December 2019: Adult (12 years and older) pays AU$76 person; Child (aged 6 - 11 years) pays AU$38. Infants (aged 5 and under) are free.

31 December 2019: Adult (12 years and older) pays AU$134 per person; Child (aged 6 - 11 years) pays AU$67. Infants (aged 5 and under) are free.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 7 March 2019 and 25 March 2020, during which airports are closed and check-in at the resort is unavailable.

Bookings (except for Tour bookings) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21days prior to the check-in date.

No Worries…**You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three people and one baby. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged seven years and over) may stay for a surcharge of AUD$40 per night and will count towards maximum room capacity, sleeping on a rollaway with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: One child (aged six years and under) may stay free of charge if using existing bedding with accommodation only. If using a rollaway bed, a surcharge of AUD$40 per night will apply and includes accommodation and breakfast only, payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One baby aged two years and under may stay free of charge if using existing bedding and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge, subject to availability.

Two Bedroom Villa

Packages valid for four people.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is six people and two babies. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: Up to two additional guests (aged seven years and over) may stay for a surcharge of AUD$40 per person, per night sleeping on a rollaway with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Two children (aged six years and under) may stay free of charge if using existing bedding with accommodation only. If using a rollaway bed, a surcharge of AUD$40 per child, per night will apply with accommodation and breakfast included, payable directly to the resort.

Connecting rooms are not available.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.

Two-course lunch is either one appetiser and one main course OR one main course and one dessert.

Three-course dinner one appetiser, one main course and one dessert.

One-way airport transfer is for a maximum of four people - an additional car can be used for extra guests for a surcharge of AU$40 per car, payable directly to the resort.
