This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- Dining Credit (select packages only): The included food credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No minimum spend is required.
- Welcome drink is a glass of house beer, house wine or soft drink.
- Daily breakfast includes one food item and one tea or coffee and juice per person. Breakfast is served from 6.30am – 10.30am Monday to Friday and 7am – 10.30am Saturday and Sunday.
- Cheese platter and glass of wine (4+ nights; select packages only): Available during hours of operation in Belvedere restaurant. Soft drinks are available for children in the Family Package.
