At Rio Brazilian Steakhouse in Parramatta, there’s a mini carnivale for your tastebuds on offer every day of the week! Succulent Churrasco (BBQ) meats are marinated with garlic, lemon, fresh herbs, sweet and spicy chimichurri, wine, honey, chilli, mint, mustard and more before being skewered and flame-grilled to perfection.

As well as a range of sumptuous sides like Brazilian cheese bread and delicious fried Halloumi, the feast includes one of the most famous cuts of beef in Brazil - the rump cap, crusted in rock salt and cooked over hot charcoals. Yum!
