  • 10 class pass must be used within 3 months of initial visit
  • 20 class pass must be used within 6 months of initial visit
  • Limit of 1 Scoopon may be purchased for personal use; multiple Scoopons may be purchased as gifts. Scoopon valid for 1 person. Multiple Scoopons redeemable per booking
  • Bookings for your first session are taken immediately after purchase. Scoopons for this offer are limited. Not valid with any other offer

Asana: A posture made during a yoga session

Yin Yoga: The opposite of Yang! A restorative type of yoga class that involves holding postures for a longer period of time to allow a flow of energy to promote wellness. Can involve props like bolsters, blocks or blankets

Jivamukti Yoga: A recognised form of Hatha Yoga that combines physical, philosophical and spiritual elements into one session. Is a great way to start if you’re new to yoga, as you’ll learn the basics of yoga postures and breathing techniques

Savasana: A way to slow down and relax at the end of a yoga workout, and is essential for meditation. A savasana session is sure to send your mind into a blissful state
