Expand your culinary horizons with an 11-course dining experience like no other at nel., winner of 13 Chef Hats and one of Sydney's most distinctive fine dining restaurants. Offering an Australian-inspired themed menu, each course is centred on an iconic Aussie dish, designed to evoke a sense of nostalgia in diners. From the Bunnings sausage sizzle to fancy potato scallops, this is a curated journey of your all-time favourites, but not as you know them!

  • Potato Scallops: Roasted potato scallop, chive, tarragon, lemon salt, vinegar
  • Smoked Eel Ice Cream: Smoked eel syphon mousse, waffle cone, native dhukka, avruga caviar, nori
  • Native Foccacia, Vegemite Butter: Foccacia, Murray River salt, rosemary, cinnamon myrtle, whipped Vegemite butter
  • Treacle Soy Salmon: Salmon (cured in treacle, salt and anise flavours), shiitake tea with black and white soy, salmon roe, pickled beansprout, Asian micro herb salad
  • Smashed Avocado: Wild herb miso flatbread, smashed avocado, black barley chimmichuri, manchego cheese, fresh tomato, crispy parsley
  • Squid Pasta, Moreton Bay Bug: Black and white papardelle, clam butter, bug tail, tuna soy, apple
  • BBQ Lamb: Lamb (cut tbc) mint glazed, summer squash and zucchini flower, confit globe artichoke, black garlic puree, sheeps milk cheese/cream puree, basil, roasted lamb jus
  • Wheetbix and Milk: Milk custard, puffed grains, Wheetbix ice cream, dulce de leche, crispy milk skin with powdered cereal
