Conditions of the Deal
Maximum seating time of 90 minutes applies. Valid for set High Tea menu only. Menu items are subject to change. Entire voucher must be used in one visit. Voucher valid for dine-in only. Any unused portion will be forfeited if not redeemed. No exchanges permitted. Limit of two vouchers may be purchased for personal use; two vouchers may be purchased as gifts. Maximum of one voucher may be redeemed per group/booking. Vouchers cannot be combined to form a bigger group. You must notify the venue of special seating requests at time of booking. How to Redeem
Bookings are essential at least 24 hours in advance via the Scoopon online booking tool. After purchasing, click ‘Book Online’. Insert your voucher number and select your preferred date and time. Enter your details and once complete, a booking confirmation will be sent to your email. If purchasing via our app or booking at a later time, please head to the Scoopon website and go to 'My Account' to complete your booking. Book early to secure your desired date and time. Should Petal Met Sugar need to contact you regarding your reservation they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking. Changes to Booking
24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. If you wish to amend your reservation, this can be done via 'My Account' on our website within the change or cancellation period only. Bookings arriving for their experience more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their booking, subject to management discretion
