Relax on the complimentary ferry over and experience this celebration of modern Australian cuisine with a six-course experience full of produce from local makers, led by esteemed chef Brian Geraghty (Chef of the Year 2018 Winner in Gault & Millau Australia). Your winter menu features modern Australian dishes made using the highest quality local produce, with each dish championing ingredients like sea fennel, Murray cod, wagyu and more. Leave a little extra room for dessert as you're treated to the likes of rhubarb, yoghurt and Davidson plum, as well as fig, rum and deliciously sweet meringue that melts on your tongue. Be sure to pair your decadent six-course feast with optional pairings.
