Important:

• Skydive Australia (SA) reserves the right to alter altitude or reschedule your skydive without notice due to weather, air traffic, and unforeseen circumstances. As aircraft are mechanical and periodically become unavailable, SA reserve the right to change aircraft type without notice
• All bookings are given an ‘Arrival/Check in’ time only. Please note this is not a ‘skydive’ time. Whilst SA endeavor to complete an individual’s tandem skydive within four hours of arrival, SA advise you to arrive with no time constraints – you should plan for this to be a whole day’s activity

Terms & Conditions:

• Medical conditions which could affect your safety should be discussed with your doctor prior to your booking
• No alcohol or 'recreational' drugs are to be taken for at least eight hours prior to arrival. Please advise SA if you are taking prescription medication
• Minimum age is 16 years old and all minors must have a legal guardian present on the day of the tandem skydive. All persons are subject to Tandem Master assessment
• All persons 95kg and over will incur a surcharge of $50. Those 105kg and over, a surcharge of $75 applies. Those 115kg and over, a surcharge of $100 AUD applies. Surcharges payable directly to Skydive Australia. Weight over 110kg is subject to DZSO/Tandem Master assessment and different weight cut-off limits may apply at each location
• All paperwork, safety briefing and gear-up must be completed

Please Note:

• Maximum one voucher redeemable per booking. Vouchers for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire voucher must be used in one visit; any unused portions of the voucher will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date

• The destination you are travelling to may have health, insurance and vaccination requirements in place. Please ensure you stay up to date with any requirements prior to your visit

How to Redeem

• Bookings essential on 1300 811 057 quoting voucher number and purchased location
• Book in advance to secure desired date and time
• Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival

Changes to Booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Bookings non-refundable but are transferrable. Re-booking your skydive without 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 rebooking fee. No-shows void voucher

Cancellations

• If your skydive is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, your voucher will remain valid for a period of 12 months from the original booking date and you will need to re-book and jump within that time period on an alternative date
