$15 surcharge applies for hair past bra strap or extra thick hair, payable directly to QB10 Hair Salon. The initial consultation should be attended within the validity period (three-session vouchers). Entire voucher must be used in one visit (one-session voucher). Late arrival may shorten treatment time. Members can purchase two vouchers for themselves; two as gifts. Maximum of one voucher may be redeemed per booking.
