Conditions of the Deal

Valid for persons over the age of 16 only. Late arrival may shorten treatment time. For the indoor pool, please bring your swimwear. The spa provides bath towels, robes, and slippers. Their changing rooms have personal automatic lockers, showers, and bathroom amenities. On the Park Rejuvenation Day Spa is a completely smoke and alcohol free zone. Please advise staff if you have any special needs, health concerns or if you are pregnant prior to your spa treatment. If the spa's therapists feel the client's behaviour is unacceptable at any time, they have a right to terminate the treatment. Any additional treatments beyond the package inclusions are to be paid at the venue directly - subject to availability - ask upon booking. Day pass valid for day of treatment only and cannot be used at any other time. Limit of one voucher may be purchased for personal use; three vouchers may be purchased as gifts. How to Redeem

• Bookings essential at least 48 hours in advance on (02) 9286 6830 quoting your voucher number and purchased package, full name, desired date and time of booking and contact number
• You'll receive an email from the spa to confirm reservation details
• Book early to secure your desired date and time
• Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to your spa treatment so you can complete your consultation form and get changed into your robe and slippers
• Present printed or smartphone voucher on arrival

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Late cancellation and non-attendance void voucher
