- 2019 Artist's Palette Cabernet Sauvignon: Packed full of ripe forest fruits, black currants, mulberries with hints of bay leaf and white pepper. The palate is luscious with firm yet inviting tannins that leads to a long finish.
- 2017 Arrowfield Hunter Valley Semillon Sauvignon Blanc: The infusion of ripe floral fragrances and the lush flavours of lemons and limes, enhanced by the cool crisp palate. The finish is crisp and zesty with fresh lingering flavours
- 2018 Bramblewood Riesling Traminer: Light pale green in colour. This Riesling is showcasing abundant grapefruit, cinnamon and rose petal characters. Medium-bodied palate with intense citrus characters
- Jaume Serra Cava Brut: It has good intensity, a toasty nose integrated with hints of green apples and citrus. Persistent small bubbles give this wine a good structure on the mouth, lively and make it easy to drink
- 2017 Corale Syrah Sicily: Bursting with spicy aromas of plum and blackcurrant, Corale Syrah is a balanced red wine, with a lingering palate. Pairs perfectly with grilled red meat and rich pasta dishes
